1. to begin, Place a plastic bag or liner in the tub and fill with warm water, to almost completely submerge the array. Plug in the power cord, arrays, and the wristbands into the Machine. See below for control panel:

2. When you turn on the power switch, the screen shows as follows:

Default time is Time = 30minutes. Maximum time is 60minutes.
To adjust for more or less time, use the (+) or (-) key. 30minutes is normal set for healthy person.
3. Mode 1 is default mode. Before start therapy, Press “Mode” to select a suitable mode .There is five modes for choices .The third mode is suitable for health person.

4. If without salt in water, the amps show 0.6—0.9A. But Amperage should be between 1.0—2.2 for cleanse to be most effective. So you need add some salt in water. The alarm will indicate if the salt content is too high (over 2.8amps). In this instance, water must be replaced and less salt added.
5. Press “start” to begin therapy .The screen show as follow (without salt):

The machine automatically turns off when the timer ends.
Note: All water, with the exception of distilled water, has some degree of conductivity, or ability to transmit electricity. Conductivity impacts the level of ionization, which determines the effectiveness of the footbath session. At the beginning of a session, if the Footbath is reading less than 1.0 amps, add a small amount of sea salt to the water to raise the water`s conductivity. The optimum operating range is 1.0-2.2 amps.
Important note: Add as little sea salt to the water as possible, to maximize the life of the array.
